The sequencing department has two sets of ABI3730xl sequencer. The 3730xl DNA Analyzer is the Gold Standard for high throughput genetic analysis. The effective sequence data could be read up to 800bp. The DNA synthesis department has several leading equipments like ABI3900, BLP192 and a high throughput DNA synthesizer made by Biolytic. If ABI3730xl DNA analyzer was used for parental identification, identified gene loci could be up to 20, which would be a liability of up to 99.99999%. Sunbiotech can process 4000 samples per day which could be  4,000,000 base pares.
